pre-order

Our Photograph albums on pre-order are handmade in our bindery in the South of England. Our lead time is currently 8-12 weeks. If you have a date you require the product by or require more than one of the same design please contact us at info@esmie.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate this.

All Fabric lampshades are currently made to order in our studio in the South of England, and despatched within 8-12 weeks. If you have a bespoke enquiry please do not hesitate to contact us, using the contact form.

 

Is this a gift?

Select this option if you are sending directly to a loved one. We will carefully package the item/s in bronze tissue, and one of the Esmie team will handwrite your message on one of our decorative postcards. (Enter in gift message box) Rest assured we will also remove any prices from the delivery note. This is a complimentary service! *Orders of multiple products will be collectively wrapped in tissue. Please note by selecting this option it may delay the despatch of your order. **Outlet & Sale products are not eligible for this service.

Customs/duties/local taxes

For all orders being sent outside of the UK, the VAT (20%) will automatically be removed from the goods you are purchasing. Your order may then be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note you will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties to the courier who will contact you directly. Please see our delivery page for further details.
