  • DELIVERY COSTS

    As of 10th January 2022, we have reluctantly increased our delivery charges for UK Mainland orders under £50 – as per the following:

    Standard Delivery – £4.50 (was £3.95)
    Express Delivery – £6.95 (was £5.95)

    Orders over £50 we continue to offer free UK Mainland delivery, Express service is now £3.95 for orders over £50 (was £2.95).

    All courier companies have increased their prices dramatically over the past 12 months, due to increases in fuel costs, lack of HGV drivers and the ongoing impact of Brexit. We have subsidised these charges to date and continue to do so as much as possible, in order to offer our customers the best possible delivery charges as well as service. We thank you for your understanding and ongoing support.

    Orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday will be despatched within 2 working days via – DHL/DPD on a next working day delivery service.   • SATURDAY DELIVERY

    Saturday delivery is £15.00.

    Orders placed by 1pm Friday (GMT/BST) will be delivered on Saturday via DPD. Deliveries can be expected between 8am-7pm.

  • GUARANTEED NEXT DAY

    Orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday will be delivered next working day via DPD/DHL.*

    Guaranteed next working day delivery is £14.95 for UK Mainland for all orders

    *Please note whilst it is very likely the goods will reach you by 12pm next working day, it is not a guaranteed service. However, it is guaranteed to reach you on the next working day by 7pm.

    We offer a standard and express delivery option for all non mainland UK delivery address:

    Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 3-4 working days after dispatch to receive your order.

    Please note, all outlet products are non-returnable, are not eligible for ‘is this a gift?’ selection, and are unable to be sent outside of the UK. Unfortunately, as outlet products are one off items that we are unable to replace, we cannot ship outlet products outside of UK mainland. We will contact and automatically refund an entire order containing any outlet products, with a shipping destination outside of the UK mainland.

    Express delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed by 1pm (GMT/BST – Mon-Fri) will be despatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow 2 working days after dispatch to receive your order.

    Express delivery via DPD or DHL. Orders placed by 1pm (GMT/BST – Mon-Fri) will be despatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow 3-4 working days after dispatch to receive your order.

    All orders sent outside of the UK will be processed ex VAT.

    We offer economy, standard and express delivery options to Europe:

    *If the country you would like delivery to is not listed below, please contact us using the contact form or email info@esmie.co.uk with what you may like to order and where you would like the order sent to. We can then obtain an accurate delivery quote for you, and arrange shipment!

    Economy delivery is available for orders up to £20.00. Sent via Royal Mail Untracked, orders placed by 1pm (GMT/BST – Mon-Fri) will be despatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow 5-7 working days after despatch to receive your order. This is an untracked service, therefore parcels will be sent at customer’s own risk. On an untracked service Royal Mail allow 25 working days after the point of despatch, for a claim to be made. After that point we can despatch a replacement order. However in our experience parcels usually appear within this time frame.

    Standard delivery is available for orders up to £50.00. Sent via Royal Mail Tracked, orders placed by 1pm (GMT/BST – Mon-Fri) will be despatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow 5-7 working days after despatch to receive your order. This is a tracked service, however when the parcel reaches local postal services we are unable to contact for further tracking. We will provide a tracking number from Royal Mail which can be used by the recipient to contact their local postal services for further tracking information.

    Express delivery via DPD/DHL. Orders placed by 1pm (GMT/BST – Mon-Fri) will be despatched next working day.

    Please allow 4-5 working days for:

    Ireland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium & Norway

    Please allow 4-5 working days for:

    Spain, Italy

    Please allow 4-5 working days for:

    Denmark

    If you need the goods sooner, please do contact us using the contact form or call us and we can arrange an express delivery with DHL at an additional charge.

    *Please note due to impacts of COVID & BREXIT, delays are very likely to occur and will disrupt delivery times.

    DUTIES / TAXES All orders sent outside of the UK will be processed ex VAT, please note  duty / local taxes may be applied upon entry to the delivery country and would need to be settled by the recipient in order to receive the goods. Please refer to your local authorities website for further guidance and information. For any payments due, you will receive notification from DPD/DHL/Royal Mail or your local postal service via text or email with a link to payment. If the duties are not settled within 4-5 working days the goods will be returned to Esmie, at which point we will be unable to refund any delivery costs, and any return charges will be deducted from any refund or chargeable should you wish the goods to be resent when we will need to take a secondary delivery charge.

    Alternatively, orders sent via Royal Mail may require the recipient to collect the parcel from their local pick up shop and pay any duties / local taxes that are due on the order.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If you have any delivery instructions please insert these at the checkout under the ‘delivery instruction’ section. We will add these notes to your shipment. However if these instructions include ‘leave in a safe place’ or similar please select this option through the notification provided by DPD Local/DHL/ or UK MAIL on the morning of the delivery (Please note Royal Mail do not offer this service) – without doing so the courier will not leave the parcel. You will be asked to tick a box to confirm that you have selected this option at your own risk. RETURNS

  • HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    If you would like to make a return, please contact us through the contact form with your name, order number and reason for return. We can then give further details regarding your return if required and know to expect your parcel. If items are sent without prior contact we may be unable to process the return or issue a refund.

    Please return your order with a note to advise us of your name and order number, using a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Tracked (24/48). Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on orders that arrive damaged or are lost in transit. We ask that the goods are returned within their original packaging including the postal box or provide a double-walled cardboard equivalent along with sufficient internal packaging to prevent the goods moving within the box, which could cause damage in transit.

    *PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCTS IN A BUBBLE PADDED ENVELOPE OR SIMILAR, unfortunately our products simply won’t survive the journey and many hands it goes through without suffering a knocked corner. (A box is essential!) It saddens us to not be able to refund you as well as re-sell these handmade products.

    Once we receive your return (within 14 days of receipt of the goods), we will inspect the goods and notify you within 24 hours of their condition. If we approve the goods as being in full saleable condition, we will issue a full refund of the cost of the product to your payment card. If the product/s has suffered damage we will notify you via email.

     

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

    Returns are accepted as long as they reach us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All products must be in their original packaging and full saleable condition.

HOLIDAY GUIDELINES

  • ORDERS PLACED 23RD DEC - 4TH JAN

    Please note any international orders will be despatched from 4th January 2022.

    UK Mainland Delivery – for orders placed 23rd December 2021 – 4th January 2022:

    STANDARD DELIVERY: We will despatch orders from the 4th January. These orders will be sent in order of date placed. If you would like a priority service please select Express delivery. Please allow up to the 10th January 2022 to receive your order.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY: We will despatch orders on the 4th January on a next working day service. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery once your order has been despatched.

    GUARANTEED DELIVERY: We will despatch orders on the 4th January. These will be delivered on 5th January 2022.

  • CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

    Please note any international orders will be despatched from 4th January 2022.

    UK mainland delivery – for guaranteed Christmas delivery please see the following options:

    STANDARD DELIVERY: place your orders by 1pm 20th December 2021.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY:
    place your order by 1pm 22nd December 2021 for guaranteed delivery by 24th. Orders received before 1pm 23rd December will still be despatched the same day – there is a high chance you order will arrive on 24th December we just cannot guarantee it!

    GUARANTEED NEXT DAY: place your order by 11am 23rd December 2021 for guaranteed delivery on 24th December. This is usually a morning delivery but orders could be delivered up to 6pm.

    Please be assured we are doing our very best to ensure your parcels are received by Christmas as per our guidelines above. Please select the relevant option at checkout. Whilst our guidelines are there to ensure Christmas delivery, we are experiencing some delays within the courier network due to COVID, please do contact us if you have any delivery concerns. We will always do our very best to assist you, we do ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time as we work closely with our delivery partners.
